Missions
First Christian Church has placed a priority on Missions. Our mission statement says we are to guide people to a loving Father and our emphasis on missions and partnering with missionaries at home and worldwide has provided an opportunity for many to come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Many from our church are involved at many levels and personally support our Short Term Missionaries and Career Missionaries. FCC Leadership wants to see everyone involved in missions because we are ALL created with a purpose (mission), and sent to a world full of lost people, to let our light shine and disperse the darkness of evil in, and around, us.
Throughout the year short term mission trips are taken to aid missionaries and mission organizations that are supported by FCC. We encourage you to consider learning more about missions and how you can partner with us financially, physically and prayerfully.
One of our year round mission outreach opportunities at First Christian is sewing diapers and dresses for the Northwest Haiti Christian Mission. Throughout the year evenings are organized for cutting, sewing and packing hundreds of diapers and dresses to be used at the NHCM orphanage.
